Evelyn Louise (Weezy) Chase, died peacefully on December 21, 2022 just short of her 97th birthday. 

Louise was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1926 to Henrietta and Joseph Dengle. She was the youngest of eight siblings, all now deceased.

She lived in Des Moines all her life and was in the first graduating class from Technical High School in 1943....

Howard L Woods, Jr was born October 18th, 1970 to Carolyn and Howard Woods Sr. in Davenport, IA. He passed away in Colorado. 

A memorial service is planned for 11 am Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Union Baptist Church.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday (tomorrow), December 23rd at 1 pm at Greater Love Church of God in Christ. Interment to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
