Victoria Renee' Lottie was born on November 20, 1980 to Debra Wardlow, in Des Moines, IA. She was educated in the Des Moines Public School District and graduated from Lincoln High School. Victoria continued her education and became Certified Nursing Assistant and was studying to become a Registered Nurse.
She was blessed with three children whom she loved dearly: Akeya, Destiny and Angel. These three angels meant the world to Victoria and she worked tirelessly to provide the best for them.
Victoria was a fashionista. Her collection of wigs and shoes kept heads turning every time she stepped out. She even believed in looking good while cheering for her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys! Victoria had a bright spirit to match her bright and glamorous style. She had a heart of gold and would give her last to anyone in need. She was extra protective over and loyal to all her family and friends.

Left to cherish Victoria's memory are her children, Akeya, Destiny and Angel; her mother and stepfather, Debra Wardlow and Raymond Brown; siblings, LaKeisha, Andre', Eugene, Jermaine, and Kayla and a host of other relatives and friends.
