Vicky Sue Little

Vickie Sue Little was born February 1, 1952 in Des Moines, IA to Levell Lorenzo Little and Marjory Ann Polk. She had three siblings Michael, William, and Cheryll.



Vickie was raised in the Des Moines Public School System where she attended Logan Elementary, Harding Middle School, and Tech High School. She graduated in 1970. Vickie went on to attend college at Area 11, presently named Des Moines Area Community College, where she obtained her Associate's Degree.



Vickie worked as a Data Specialist at Farm Bureau for over 20 years. She was a volunteer in her community and loved serving meals to the homeless at Reggie's Kitchen and The Iowa Youth Homeless Shelter. She also attended First Assembly Church when she was able.



Vickie was an avid book reader and enjoyed watching movies regularly. She also loved playing her lottery numbers.



Vickie went to heaven on June 1, 2013. There to meet her, are her father, Levell Little and her sister, Cheryll Harris.



Those left behind to cherish her memory are, her mother, Marjory Little; her brothers, Michael and William Little; her nieces, Tanika Wells, Tamara Wells, Rochelle Harris, Tracey Harris, Monique Johnson, Brandy Kelly, and Imari Little; her nephew, William Little Jr.; many great nieces and nephews; along with a host of extended family and friends.
