Tracy Youlonda Scott

Tracy Youlonda (Rolley) Scott was born on March 14, 1957 to Walter and Rosetta (Allen) Rolley Jr. in Columbia, MO. She was educated in the local school district and graduated from David H. Hickman High School. She would later continue her education at Des Moines Area Community College.

Tracy would move to Des Moines, IA where she met Charles Scott. He courted Tracy and the two became one in marriage. The couple was blessed with three children: James, Bianca and Shardnay. As her family grew Tracy transitioned to a stay at home mother. Once her children were grown, Tracy gave her life to Christ and began living for the Lord.

On March 14, 2018 Tracy stepped from time into eternity. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Shardnay Scott; mother, Rosetta Rolley and her brothers, John Allen and Larry Rolley.

Left to cherish her memory is her ; husband, Charles Scott Jr. of Des Moines, Iowa; her son James (Sara) Rolley of Des Moines, IA and her daughter Bianca (Philip) Horsley-Pabai of Dallas, TX; father, Walter Rolley Jr. of Columbia, MO; siblings, Patricia Hazelwood, Madeline Rolley and Curlita Fountain; her aunt Paula Boyd of Bettendorf, Iowa; ten grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
