Tommy Patrick Williams, Jr was born October 28, 1960 to Opal Moss and Tommy P. Williams, Sr in Des Moines, Iowa.

Tommy attended and graduated from Des Moines Technical High School.

Tommy lived life on his own terms and kept mostly to himself. He loved the simple life and the pleasures that it gave.

On February 5th, 2016, Tommy was called to rest. He was 55 years old.

He is survived by his brother, Marquis and sister, Toni.
