Terry Lee Bragg

Terry Lee Bragg was born March 16, 1957 in Des Moines, Iowa to Norma Lucille Bragg. He was the eldest of three children including Jerry Kaye and Garry. Terry was educated in the Des Moines Public School system where he graduated from Des Moines Technical High School. He was a wrestler and loved Math. He wanted to be a math teacher.

Terry confessed Christ as his Savior and was a member of Jacobs Temple and later attending Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Oralabor. In 1986 Terry and Hazel Thedford were united in marriage. They were blessed with four children: Terence, Tyrone, Taylor and Tequila. While he loved all his children, he had a special relationship with his daughter. Tequila was the favorite. He was devoted to all his family.

Terry worked for many years at Tiny Tots and Dans Auto Sales. When he wasnt working he loved to entertain family and friends, travel and listen to music. Terry liked to dress well and loved the feeling of money in his hand.

Terry passed away on September 29, 2021. With all his health problems he never gave up. He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Bragg; daughter, Taylor Bragg, sister, Jerry Kay Bragg; grandmother, Alice Johnson; aunts, Anna Mae Calister and Edna Cooley and Genevieve Tolson and his uncle, Bartholomew Johnson.

Left to cherish Terrys memory are his wife, Hazel Thedford; his children, Terence, Tyrone and Tequila Bragg; grandchildren Terriance Foster, Tavien Bragg, TeVon Bragg, Trystyn Bragg, Terri Bragg and his favorite sister in law, Annie Thedford.
