Shari Lynn Price

Shari Lynn Price was born on September 25, 1964 to George T. and Bessie (Warren) Price Sr., in Des Moines, IA. She was educated in the Des Moines Public School District and graduated from North High School in 1982.



Shari was raised in the church and professed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age. She was a member of Grace Temple COGIC, under the pastorage of her father, George T. Price Sr. She often served in the kitchen ministry making sure the saints' stomachs were full after the preacher filled there spirit's with God's word. She was also a strict steward over her funds and could account for every PENNY. Shari was as frugal with her own budget as she was with the church's. This freed up more resources for her absolute favorite past time, SHOPPING WITH HER MOM! After her father's retirement from pastoral ministry, she joined Revival Center COGIC, under the pastoral care of Pastor Michael Cameron Sr.



On March 7, 2016 the Lord reached down from Heaven and rescued his child from her failing earthly vessel and welcomed her into HER NEW HOME OVER IN GLORY. She is now rejoicing with her paternal grandparents, Eugene and Lydia Price and maternal grandparents, Clarence and Mary Warren.



Left to cherish Shari's memory are her parents, Pastor George and Bessie Price; siblings, George Price Jr., Pastor Gregory (Rosella) Price, Shellie (Cornell) Wardlaw, Michelle Price; nephew, Roman (Britney) Price; nieces, Marquie Price, Kiana Dae and Jade Price; great nephew, Rylee Price and a host of other relatives and friends.
