Ronald Trumbo

Ronald Trumbo was born on June 30, 1953 to Ralph and Emma (Mason) Trumbo, in Des Moines, IA. He was educated in the Des Moines School District and graduated from Tech High School. Following graduation Ronald enlisted in the United States Navy and served on the USS America. Ronald earned an honorable discharge and established his roots back home, in Des Moines.



Along life's journey Ronald was blessed a son, Troy, whom he loved dearly. Ronald was also a skilled baseball player with a 90mph fastball. As years passed on he became more of a spectator than a participant, however his love for sports never diminished.



On November 16, 2016 Ronald stepped from time into eternity. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Emma Trumbo; brother, Ralph Trumbo Jr. and his grandmother, Hortense Trumbo.



Ronald leaves to cherish his memory his son, Troy Cavil; grandchildren, Trovary, Nicare and Tory; siblings, Donna Gross, Debrah Rochon, Ricardo Trumbo, Russell Trumbo and Robert Trumbo and a host of other relatives and friends.
