The Life of Regina Rose Osburn

Regina Rose Osburn was born on September 12, 1949 to Delbert and Vivien Richardson in Des Moines, IA. She was educated in the Des Moines Public School System, graduating from North High School, class of 1964.

Regina was a caring soul and it showed in her daily work as a Nurse. Regina lived in Indiana briefly but was a life long resident of Des Moines.

Regina enjoyed playing bingo, watching horror movies and fishing. Regina was an old school soul. She was a great cook, her fish and barbecue chicken were second to none.

Regina stepped from time into eternity January 29, 2015, at the age of 65. Waiting to welcome Regina home were her parents; Delbert and Vivien Richardson and her brother, Delbert Richardson.

Left to cherish Regina's memory are her children; Orlantha and Yalanda Osburn, her brother; Maurice Richardson, 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her aunts; Alfreda and Emery, her ex-husband, Jesse Osburn, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
