Ray Michael Lee, Jr.

Mr. Ray M. Lee Jr. was born April 3, 1944 to Ray Lee Sr. and Inez McGee Lee in Washington, DC. He attended and graduated from East High School before entering military service.



Ray was an Air Force and Army retiree. He attended Corinthian Baptist Church and sang with the Male Chorus, until his health began to fail. He had a beautiful voice that won him honors. Ray liked reading self improvement books. He set goals for himself which he achieved on the road for self improvement. He took piano and voice lessons and was moved to support impoverished children in Africa. While Ray didn't have children of his own, he was instrumental in helping raise his cousins children. Ray also wrote poetry and was a published author.

Ray passed away December 15, 2021. He was his parents only child and they preceded him in death. He is survived by his cousin, Ronnene Harris and her family. He will be buried with full military honors.Graveside Service
