Michael Lee Solomon

Michael Lee Solomon was born August 6, 1955 to Patricia Elvoid and Archie Clark in Des Moines, Iowa.



Michael attended Van Meter School where he graduated. Fun loving and very social, Michael never met a stranger. He would talk to everyone he met. He loved watching cowboy movies and television shows. He was plain spoken, saying what was on his mind. Michael was close to his family, especially his mom. They shared an apartment and looked after each other.



Michael attended St. Paul AME Church with his mom and St Mark Episcopal Church on a regular basis.



On June 17, 2013 Michael passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was 58 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Clark.



Left to mourn Michael's passing is his mother, Patricia Elvoid and a host of extended family and friends.
