Leesa Antenette Perry was born June 4, 1963 in Des Moines, Iowa to William Arthur Quinn, Sr. and Shirley E. Quinn. Leesa received her formal education in the Des Moines Public School system and graduated in 1981 from Des Moines Technical High School.

In February 1992 Leesa married the love of her life Keith B. Perry. Leesa always had a desire to work in a funeral parlor and to be a cosmetologist so she enrolled into Crescent School of Beauty in order to pursue a career with Estes Funeral Home. But having a unique fondness for children God blessed her to establish Perrys Unique Day Care for over 20 years.

In 2005 Pastor William Quinn Sr., passed the Pastoral mantel to Elder Keith Perry to the doors of New Hope Church of God in Christ where Leesa labored side by side with her husband as a First Lady until her demise.

Leesa will be remembered for her passion for life. She loved fishing, bowling, yard sales, cooking, singing, watching Iowa Wild games, the NBA Warriors, going to her grandkids sporting events, spending time with her entire family, and caring for the children of others. Most of all she loved worshipping her Lord and listening to His word.

On the afternoon of April 8th, 2021 God called Leesa from her labor to her reward. She was preceded in death by her fathers, William Arthur Quinn, Sr. and Leonard Leroy Perry; daughters: Shirley Lynn and Shirley Nicole; grandson: Keith Brian.

Leesa leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband Keith Perry, her mother, Shirley E. Quinn, children: Kenneth, Sr. (Laura), Mikesha, Ashley, Keyuna, Shanice, Doneta, Daeisha, Janiah, Antwan, Jeri, and Tyneesha ; her siblings: Wanda Calhoun, William (Charli) Quinn, Jr., Anthony Quinn Sr., Arlondo Quinn, Sr., Robert (Deanna), Hobbs, Jr., Donya (William) Gai, Ashawn Quinn, Amir Quinn, Erica Quinn; Curtis Rife, Anthony (Dana) Perry and Marguerite (Lee); Pearse; her grandchildren: YVez, Nyerere, Kenny Jr., Kennaujh, Tamaujh, Trinity, JeRiya, Amarion, Julian, Jaden, Tairon, Raenell, Cyhaire, Cardell and AJ, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Visitation
