Jerie Curtrice Jackson

Jerie Curtrice Jackson was born on January 12, 1975 to Gerald Jackson and Diane Johnson, in Chicago, IL. She was educated in the Chicago Public School District and graduated from Julian High School.



Jerie was blessed with two children, Kiara and Rodney, whom she loved dearly.



She worked tirelessly in the hotel industry in several different positions. Most recently, she was a valued team member of the housekeeping department at the Marriott Hotel. She took pride in serving the guests and making sure their stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. When she wasn't working she enjoyed spending time with her children.



Though her life on this side was short, she lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed a variety of hobbies and leisure activities.



Jerie stepped from time into eternity on August 16, 2015. She was greeted on the other side by her grandmother, Mary Kelly; grandfather, Nathan Johnson; an aunt, Margo Reynolds and uncle, Nathan Johnson.



Left to cherish Jerie's memory are her children, Kiara Barnett and Rodney Walker; parents, Gerald Jackson and Diane Jackson; sisters, Natalie Jackson and Diane Jackson; an aunt, Mary Kelly; a niece, Margo Kelly; a nephew, Arlo Kelly and a host of other relatives and friends.
