Jamie Lynn Daye

Jamie Lynn Daye was born in Des Moines, Iowa on November 23, 1966 to Edwin and Diane Daye. She was educated in the Des Moines Public School culminating with her graduation from Hoover High School. She enjoyed being around people and worked as a waitress for many years.

Jamie enjoyed shopping especially for clothes she loved fishing in the river,cooking large holiday dinners for the entire family. She loved to garden, but seemed to have a problem getting anything to grow, she enjoyed dancing and most importantly spending time with her friends and family.

On October 15, 2012 Jamie answered the Master's call surround by her parents; grandmother, Rozetta Berry; grandfather, James Jennings; aunt, Linda Williams and sister, Dalynn Williams.

Left to cherish Jamie's wonderful memory are her children, Diaz, Doug, Jamie Lynn, Cierra, Antonio and Jasmine; siblings, Edwin, Jalynn, Raylene, Jermaine, Octavia Daye, Penya Williams; and seven grandchildren; long time companion, Sadie Lovelady as well as host of numerous other relatives and friends.
