Enda Sanders

Enda passed away on September 27, 2022. Funeral services that were planned for October 7, 2022 have been cancelled.

Enda Faye (Bernstine) Sanders was born June 8, 1954 in Valeo, California to David and Oneta Grays Bernstine.

Enda received her primary education in California, graduating from Valeo High School. She moved to Bryan, TX for a season; but when her brother was playing for the Iowa Cubs baseball team, he moved their mom here and she decided to come and be close to her.

Enda was a singer! She loved singing and could sing anything. She was a featured vocalist in the Morning Star Baptist Church choir. She was also a great cook. She would hum a tune while fixing the favorite family meal - good old fried chicken or fish. She liked to travel and visit family and was devoted to her grand children and great grandchildren. Enda regularly attended church until her health began to fail. She has been a member of Morning Star for over ten years.

September 27, 2022, Enda joined God's heavenly choir.

Enda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Uneta Sanders and Felecia Bernstine; her grandchildren, Jordan Bernstine, Keevon Bernstine, Jasmine Bernstine, Javon Sanders, Alayshia Sanders, Kaylon Naylor, King Naylor, and Keon Naylor; great grandchildren, Kamaiya Smith, Dashanique Husband, Kehlani Husband, London Bernstine, Bella and Brya Bernstine, and Iziah Bernstine; her siblings, Rod Bernstine, Nehemas Bernstine, David Bernstine, and Alma Upshaw; her niece, Payton Bernstine and nephew, Drick Bernstine, along with a host of extended family and friends.
