Glen Richison was born January 3, 1963 in Missouri to Albert Richison, Sr. and Parlee Freeman. Glen was educated in Missouri and graduated in 1980 from Ypsilanti High School.

Glen then moved to Iowa and began his career in Building Maintenance and Remodeling, working for himself. Glen then met the love of his life, Traci Richison, and they were wed August 13, 2005.

Glen was a member of King of Kings Missionary Baptist Church in Des Moines, Iowa and served as a Deacon.

Glen will be remembered as an easy going and fun man. He loved fishing, cooking and barbequing, hanging out with his dog, driving his boat, taking naps on his deck, and helping others; he would even cut the grass for all his neighbors on the block.

Glen went to be with the Lord April 11, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Richison, Sr. and Parlee Freeman; siblings, Grenae Sheridan, Albert Richison, Jr., Roosevelt Jerry Richison, Albert Lee Richison, and Flora Saddler.

Glen is survived by his wife, Traci Richison; children: Tyrisha (Edmund) Mason and Mark Kemp, III; siblings: Premail (Patricia) Freeman, Josephine (Leon) James, Charles (Cheryl) Richison, Donald (Jane) Richison, and Willie (Rea) Richison; sister-in-law, Tamela (Robert) Millsap; brothers-in-law: Duane (Kendra) Onley and Keith (Alisa) Onley; grandsons: Tacono Conner, II, JaVionta Conner, DaVarion Williams; and granddaughter, DAreion Mason.Homegoing Celebration
