Clarence English

Clarence Raydell English was born to Arthur and Mary Lee (Morgan) English on October 25, 1945. He was educated in the Des Moines Public School System where he excelled in running track. Clarence was an exceptional auto painter and detail technician. A master in his craft, he taught his techniques to many.

Clarence was humorous and loved  making people laugh. He enjoyed family gatherings and playing Bid Whist.   Clarence took time to travel.  Living in both, New York and Colorado. Clarence was passionate and fascinated with cars, often frequenting auto shows. 

Clarence Raydell English passed away on April 22, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Arthur English Jr. and Lloyd English; and  sister, Onva Washington. 

Left to cherish Clarence in memory are his children, Tereca Dye, Michael Kirk and Chonva Crawford; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Edith Crawford, Rosa Poole, Dennis English, Breck English and Linda Neal and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
