Bonnie Ann Fugate Logan

Bonnie Ann Fugate Logan, 63 passed away August 8, 2023. 

Bonnie Ann Fugate was born to Kerry Taylor Fugate and Odessa Mae Gray on June 20, 1960 In Nebraska. Bonnie was educated in the Des Moines School System, where she graduated from Des Moines Tech High. She was a member of Christ Apostolic Temple and was a stay at home mom and homemaker.

Bonnie loved to cook. Her Mac & Cheese, cabbage rolls, Homemade BBQ sauce and meatloaf were wonderful. She was a cold piece in that kitchen! She should have written a cook book! Bonnie decorated her home and changed the furniture every 6 months. She was very superstitious. She loved to dress and always had on her red lipstick and heals. She liked to listen to old school, jazz, gospel and blues music. She would get up on Saturday and put her music on to clean house. Bonnie loved her scary movies and westerns. And of course she loved her fur babies.

Bonnie passed away, August 4, 2023, at the age of 63.

She was preceeded in death by her parents; her husband Howard Logan; all 4 brothers, Albert Amos, David, Kerry, and Glen Fugate; and her granddaughter, Nakyla Gibson.

Bonnie leaves her precious memories to her 4 children, Micole Fugate, Frank Fugate, Pecola Fugate, and Latoshla Fugate; sisters, Lucille and Debra Fugate; 15 grand children and 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and Sug the dog.

A Memorial Tribute service will be held at 12:30 Tuesday at the Iowa Veteran's Cemeter in Adel (Van Meter) Iowa.

Bonnie will be inurned with her husband Howard Logan, who passed away in 2013.
