Annette was a loving and generous person. She always had a gift for family members. It didnt matter if it was something store bought or from her closet, she was always thinking of others. She loved entertaining, so holiday meals were traditionally served at her home. She would spend her last money to provide a hot, delicious meal. To turn down a gift or miss a meal was very disrespectful to her. But she always kept a smile on her face.
Annette was generous to her community also. Each year she would host a back to school event in which she donated school supplies to the kids in her community. She and her late mother served on the Obama presidential campaign and had the opportunity to meet our 44th President. Annette loved music, family gatherings, spending time with her best friends, Van and Beverly and cousin Jannie Ruth, and attending Morning Star Baptist Church.
